Condition: It's important to note that due to the material used in it's construction, this model is prone to some scratches and scuffs, which is common especially when pre owned. Additionally, there is also some small pressure marks on the screen, and the felt keyboard has some general wear and tear.

As part of this commitment, all chargers, power cables and leads that are included with our pre owned items are also second-hand. Therefore please expect these accessories to potentially have some visible marks and scuffs.

Invoices: All items have an invoice created automatically through their registered ebay information. If you are purchasing an item and need the invoice to have a business name or a different address to the one registered, please make sure this information is correct before purchasing. Invoices will be sent in the parcel with the item. If you do not have the facilities to scan this and need a digital copy, please message with an email address asap and we can email this over to you. Please note, we can not send invoices any later than 60 days after purchase, as they are wiped from our system. If you need a VAT invoice please contact us with plenty of time.

Mainland UK Orders
Orders paid for after 9.30am Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next working day via DHL Next Day Delivery. All tracking is automatically updated, and you can also copy and paste the tracking number into DHL's website directly for a more accurate tracking experience. If your parcel does not arrive the next day please send us a message and we can follow this up for you.
Orders placed after 9.30am
If we can dispatch orders purchased after 9.30am on the same day we will strive to do so, but this is not guaranteed, and is dependant on the volume of parcels waiting for postage from the previous day. Friday purchases and anything bought over the weekend will dispatch the following Monday. Please note that items dispatched on Fridays are not next day guaranteed, and are subject to your local DHL saturday working times. Please be advised this means your parcel may arrive on the Monday.
NI, Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight Orders
 Addresses that are classed as "Remote Location" are delivered on 48 Hour Tracked with Royal Mail. As they are not our usual courier, we can only organise a collection a day in hand. Please be aware if you purchase after our closing time of 4pm, postage will be organised the following morning, and collection will then be the day after that.
 If you have purchased your item on a Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday. Anything bought over the weekend will be dispatched on the Tuesday. Remote destination parcels will usually take 2-3 business days from dispatch to arrive. Upon purchase, if you can attach an email address to your order, we can provide your details to royal mail directly, so you can receive email updates in regards to the estimated delivery day and time personally.
Remote Location Buyers - PLEASE BE ADVISED
Unfortunatley Royal Mail does not cover all sizes and weights, and an extra fee may be charged for items being shipped to areas of the UK classed as "Remote Location". The standard p&p fee will be covered by ourselves, and we will contact you if any further payment is due. Items will not be shipped until full postage payment has been made, and we will contact you via private message to explain how postage payment can be made. Prices to remote locations with other couriers start from £22, however extra P&P payment only applies to large items bought which weigh over 10KG, or items that require a large box that is not covered in royal mails dimension requirements and therefore needs to be sent with an independant courier.

Returns Policy
Unwanted Items
We offer a 14 day returns policy on items that you have changed your mind on, or ordered by mistake. You can return it to us in its original condition, with all accessories for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the costs incurred for returning unwanted items, and return postage must be purchased by the buyer in the ebay returns portal.
Faulty Items
If there is a fault with your item within 30 days, please contact us to arrange for the item to be returned to us for a repair, or if possible a replacement can be sent out. In the circumstance you do not want the faulty item to be fixed and instead would like a full refund, please follow the steps in the eBay returns portal. Please be advised, if you purchase a double listing, IE one set price where you receive 2 items, both items need to be returned even if only one item is faulty to be eligible to receive a full refund.
Items you have updated
Our returns policy covers the item we have sold. If the item goes faulty once it has been changed by the buyer, IE: the buyer has changed the hard drive, tried to change Windows, tampered with the BIOS, or has changed the orignal state of the product in any way and it has now gone faulty, we can not accept this back to be fixed or offer a refund, as it is now not the product we sold. We understand some buyers wish to change the items we sell, but please be aware of this policy upon purchase.
Important
If you have chosen to return your item because it is "not as described", please give a detailed description as to the problem so this can be resolved/fixed upon arriving back to us. When an item is returned, our technicans do a full test on the faults that have been claimed and will repair and fix the item if possible. If an item is returned and we believe the claim to be false, IE: it is in complete working order and is as described, you will receive a partial refund, with £6 being deducted to cover the postage fee. Any false returns claims to gain free postage will be reported to ebay. 
Posting Your Return
Please do not send your item back with your personal data still on it. Please log out of all personal accounts and websites before posting this back to us. Please send your item back wrapped as best as you can, ideally in the packaging it was sent out in. If an item returns damaged due to not being properly packaged back, you will only receive a partial refund to cover the cost of the damage.
Postage
In the unlikely event there are any issues with your delivery, IE it hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged, please inform us ASAP via direct messages so we can investigate this and find a resoloution. Anything reported after 5 days is not covered with our postage policy, and please note we may ask for photographs of the packaging for our claims process for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Be assured all purchases with CRT are covered for any of these unlikely circumstances.
