SHIPPING and HANDLING

Handling Time - Our handling time is set to three business days. However, most packages are sent same day, depending on when the payment is received.

We ship packages Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays, within USPS working hours.

***Please note that USPS deliveries have been experiencing delays recently.***

Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We ship via USPS.

Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday within USPS working hours.

Insurance

All items are shipped with insurance. For any items over $50.00, there will be an additional insurance fee included with shipping.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close. 

Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after three days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future transactions.

Cancelled Transactions - In the event a winning bidder requests to cancel a sale, they will be blocked from future transactions. 

RETURNS

***Please note that only clothing and shoes are eligible for returns.***

On these items, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Items must be received in original condition within 30 days of auction end.

BIDDING

Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of Ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.

Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported.

RETURNS

Returns are only available on clothing and shoes. 

Buyer is responsible for shipping return fees. Item must be received in original/unused condition. Refund will be issued promptly after seller receives the item and determines that the criteria is met.
