Original rare Canadian C1 C1A1 sniper rifle scope mount.

This is an original top cover mount produced specifically for the C1 sniper rifle with the Leitz sniper scope.

This is 1 of only 305 C1 sniper (mounts / scopes) produced, making it very rare.

The mount fits a standard C1 / C1A1 rifle.

Overall the mount is in excellent condition and retains about 95% of the original finish; with only some minor marks / blemishes in the finish from handling.

The quick release latch has been tested and functions properly.

There appears to be the original rifle serial number it was paired with written on the inside of the topcover.

Auction is for only the mount; scope not included.

Very rare piece, you won't find another.
