Item will be shipped using Fed Ex overnight shipping service for purchases that is paid for immediately after the auction ends. Most items will be received at 12pm the following day this is not guaranteed. Shipping details will be provided once the item has been shipped so you can track the package. Unfortunately DM Corals cant be held responsible for delays in your package due to weather, mechanical, or any other unforeseen circumstances once the item has been shipped through FedEx they have full responsibility. Shipping address provided by Ebay will be used, if there is a mistake in the address provided it is not DM corals responsibility. Buyer is responsible to make sure the shipping address is accurate. No shipping is allowed to PO boxes. Currently no shipping is allowed to Alaska, Hawaii, and International buyers.

Most items will be shipped out on Tuesday or Wednesday of the week, this is in case of potential delays by the shipping provider. 

Depending on weather conditions package ship out date can change as well. The most important part is to make sure your purchase arrives safe and healthy. 

DOA (Dead On Arrival):

DM corals will guarantee that you will receive the exact item you purchased and it will also arrive alive. In the unfortunate event that the item you received is DOA (Dead On Arrival) you must contact us (via email) within 2 hours of when the package was delivered. The FedEx posted time will be used to confirm the delivery time.  A clear photo of the dead Berghia Nudibranch while still in the shipping container needs to be provided do not dispose of the Berghia Nudibranch until you receive an email back from us. If no photo has been provided within the two hours the guarantee will unfortunately be void. Once your DOA is confirmed you will be issued a store credit that can be used on future purchases. Store credit provided does not include the shipping costs the store credit can be used for future purchases. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns.
