All items are shipped with security tags to ensure authenticity and trust.

Please inspect the items before removing the tags.

If the tags are removed I cannot accept returns.

The item is in an 'pre-owned' condition meaning they might show signs of use.

Returns
I try my best to define the item correctly and take all closeups of the items possible,
so I usually do not accept returns as its customers responsibility to see the pics. 
I will be happy to provide any number of pics or details prior to buying.

Jewelry Care
All sterling silver will tarnish over time, the amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs
is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer.
Please use the Pandora Polishing cloth as it helps remove Tarnishing. 
You can also take the jewelry to the pandora store as they clean it for free.
