Original WW2 photograph album measures 13cm by 11cm .

Contains 26 original photos , which measure 9cm by 6cm . Photos held in place with corner hinges .Complete , nothing missing . A few unused pages at the rear of album

It seems the album likely belonged to an airman who served with RAF 232 Squadron . There are a good number of 232 squadron Hurricanes , including several crashes .They were initially based at RAF Sumburgh , Shetland Isles . The squadron arrived 17th July 1940 as a Hurricane unit. Remained in the North of Scotland on defensive duties until April 1941 .
