Extra long pencil has a wooden little person on top. It is a little old man with a white mustache and some white hair although balding. He has a green suit on. Very unique! Pencil measures approximately 12 inches long. Shows wear and soil. But a very cute vintage if not antique collectible pencil or possibly was considered a toy.
