Here we have a vintage Civil War(?) Louisiana Justice Union & Confidence Hat.  This hat and badge appear to be original to it's age. The badge is showing wear and nicking along the rigged edge.  The hat is in rough condition showing lots of wear and pliability for it's age. Any question please ask prior to bidding. The newspaper that was stuffed in the hat from the previous collector is dated 1980.  There is NO bracket on the plume space, it still has it's uniform hook on the back. We are not collectors of vintage civil war and these statements are honest and to the best of our knowledge.   Please see hat measurements in the pictures.
