I purchased this car last year with a view to refresh it and turn it into a track car. Too many projects and the mechanic who was going to do it just too busy I have decided to sell .Not sure if i'm making the right decision but lets see how it goes.

It was raced in the mid 90s ,I have about 6 scrutineering tickets for various tracks. It is still in its livery as when it raced. The plate is the initials of the owner that raced it that  sadly passed away a few years back. The car was sold to me without a V5 but all plates and chassis numbers are in place so I contacted the dvla and they supplied my with a  V5 .It now has its original 1985 B reg. It will be tax exempt next year.

The car has a fantastic engine. Its sounds amazing and picks up really well. Its was apparently rebuilt and specced but have no proof. Im sure none standard to go racing. The engine fires up with no rattles or smoke. It has its original dog leg box and lsd. It has period Leda suspension and AP Racing brakes. The car is scruffy but rust free and no signs of big accident damage. The passenger rear quarter has a few ripples ,probably a little kiss with another car on the race track. It has bucket seats, harnesses and a full roll cage. All of these will be out of date for racing but fine for track days. It is on a set of old slicks and it comes with another set of wheels. 

It moves around, changes gear stops, with not alot of time and money it could be serviced etc, a new set of tyres and taken to track and road. It wouldn't take much to mot it.

, but next year it wouldn't need one anyway. 

This is being sold at a reasonable price  so no silly offers or time wasters please. Also no texts asking best price mate ! .The car would break for over £10k . If it dosen't sell then I will get it done later in the year. It is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the ad at any time.
