As these white plastic Model 4H55 clocks go, this is a really nice, well-preserved example (the prettiest one we have seen); many of the clocks of this model have been tragically converted to cheap quartz (battery) movements, for example, by removing the entire original movement of the clock from inside the gold-colored case. There are no glaring scratches, hazing, fogging, graying, or breaks or chips to the white plastic block that forms the body of this clock, although some minor internal crinkles on the very top of the clock can be seen (see photos). Even when the original movement has been retained on these clocks, the gold-colored metal cases are generally heavily marked-up, dented, scratched, etc., but when well-preserved like this one, these clocks are really quite stunning! This clock has a new gold color unpolarized Rayon cord, and the clock Runs and Keeps Time. Really a very beautiful clock to display somewhere on a glass shelf, for example!
