VENEZIA (Canada) DRESS two-piece long formal evening dressy SIZE 14 to 16 silver embroidery on silver white satin

CONDITION – Excellent – incredibly sumptuous beautiful dress – belongs to a friend who wore it one time for her daughter’s wedding – bought in Canada and cost new 1000 – an incredible dress – the theme wedding were the Guinevere type laces in the back – this is substantial luxurious carefully made dress with a lot of hand work – embroidery – beading – appliques (after dressing the mannequin – I think this is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen).

Color – Silver white – it is not a stark white – but white with a hint of silver

Note – “USA and Canadian sizes are the same for clothes, shoes, etc. The real issue is that there is no "standard" for these sizes and the label is what the manufacturer happens to decide to put on the label, so a medium of one brand can be a large in another or a small in another” – internet inquiry as to Canadian sizes

This dress was sized larger by the designer.  It measures as a 14 16.

Shoulder – 16 inches (hooks for straps inside shoulder)

Sleeves are three-quarter sleeves

Chest – 42 inches

Waist – 37 inches (slight flare from waist so that the top reaches the hip) – see photos

Length of dress top – 19 inches shoulder to center of top

SKIRT

Waist – 32 inches

Hip – 44-45 inches (measurement taken seven inches below the waist)

Back Length – (collar or middle shoulder seam to hem) –
