Buyer to promptly pay after the close of the auction.  Buyers will be charged state sales tax.  Buyers will be charged any applicable tax, postal and or governmental fees (please check with your local post office or government agency before making a bid or purchase).  An invoice will be sent to Buyer within 24 hours from the close of the auction or listing.
