Ford Ranger bed liner, load liner. The back has been made into a trailor and the bed extended so the plastic protection is no longer required as it doesn't fit the new shape that's been made.

This is from a Ford Ranger King Cab (not double cab). The cab still has 4 doors but the double cab are 4 traditional doors, Vs (this one) the rear doors only open if you open the front (suicide doors). The cab is shorter so the bed liner is longer.

It will not slot straight into the bed of a double cab. Unless you don't mind trimming it.
