For sale is a really nice creamer or cream jug made by
Worcester in about 1760. It was decorated with the " Waiting Chinaman "
pattern and is in the form of a sparrow beak (referring to the spout)
pot. I really like this pattern and I do believe it is one of the less
common ones that Worcester made. It is the nice under glaze blue china man
on one side with some smaller flowers on the other side and a blue trim
to the inside edge. The handle is a nice shape with the groove in the
center. All in all in great condition with a few tiny tiny chips on the
spout tip but none that affect the shape much and it still displays
perfectly! A bit of wear to the clear glaze one would expect on a piece
this old! The creamer is marked underneath as shown with either a
partial crescent mark or a workman's mark which would place it to before
1760 still. The piece is 3.5 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. England 18th century
