For offer, a pair of antique pewter plates, consisting of:

A Georgian period circa late 18th century example, having a cast reeded rim, the front has been crudely engraved with a "CB", the reverse has a rubbed maker's mark of "DW" set above a Lion.

The condition is good, with some splits to the rim and dents from age and usage.

Diameter: 8 15/16" (22.7cm)
Weight: 1Lb 1.8oz (505g)

The second plate has a plain rim, a single incised line to the well, and has been engraved with "I*W" to the front, presumably for the owner, no clear maker's mark to the reverse, though there appears to be some sort of 'ghost' mark barely visible.

The condition is very good, with no splits, just dents from age and usage.

Diameter: 9 1/4" (23.7cm)
Weight: 15.4oz (436g)
