This fan has been tested with the remote and functions properly. Gen 1 fan without wifi.  A couple of the blades have barely detectable minor indentations (see pictures).  Brand new oem BAF controller.  Blades are color coded and factory balanced, but all ceiling fans have a certain amount of pendant wobble depending on the speed and will require fine tune balancing at higher speeds.  The blue LEDs are status lights visible through the center cover.  Insurance and signature receipt included in shipping cost.
