This is a Yankee radio tool set complete with original paper brochure in the bottom of the box.  It is from around 1924 and was sold to support the burgeoning radio market.  At that time crystal radio and emerging tube radios were still fairly rare and required love and attention to keep them working in peak condition.  This tool kit provided the basic tools needed to not only service but also to build radio sets and help with putting them in cases - usually wooden and hand built.
