This is a rare collectible action figure of Tyrant from the Resident Evil franchise. It is part of the Palisades Series 3 and features PVC material. The figure is based on the BioHazard version of the character and was manufactured in China. The figure is highly sought after by fans of the Resident Evil franchise and collectors of action figures.

The figure is loose and does not come in its original packaging. All points of articulation seem to work and the figure is in overall good shape. This figure does come with an information card. This may have been on the original packaging, but I am not absolutely positive about that.
