Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic USA orders are shipped directly by us from our Morrisville, NC headquarters. International orders are shipped via the Global Shipping Program through eBay. (International buyers, please note - import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.)

If you wish to return your item, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number). Items must be in its original unused condition. The return must show no signs of wear or abuse. In accordance with eBay's return policy, if items are not returned in their original condition and show any sign of damage, we may deduct up to 50% from the refund for the loss in value of the item. All returned items must include ALL the original packaging and documentation. This includes warranty cards and complete packaging. Refunds are made for product purchase price only and excludes shipping and handling costs.
International customers are responsible for all return shipments including postage, handling, insurance, and applicable taxes. International refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product only, and do not include international shipping, import charges or any taxes paid by customer. Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt at our facility, to process refunds.
