Excellent Pre-Owned Condition means that stress points (ie., neckline, under arm, shoulder, waist, center back, collar edges, sleeve, hem)  are almost completely void of obvious wear.   Any flaws are identified in photos in the item's description.

Very Very Good pre-owned condition: Vintage garments, especially pre-1975, will not be in pristine condition (very rare).  minor soil marks, fabric flaws, sewing flaws, color/dye bleeds, slight spots, There is possibility for improvement or elimination of slight blemishes and or fading.  

Rescue Me means usually custom made, unique and unusual- we donate to charity if an item is unsold. Sometimes these are true gems, future heirlooms after some modifications, repair, etc.
