This auction is for the complete 6-issue Thor: Blood Oath limited series from Marvel Comics.  Published from November of 2005 to February of 2006, this amazing series was written by Michael Avon Oeming – then going by just Mike Oeming – with art and covers from the talented Scott Kollins.  All issues come bagged and boarded and are in VF condition or better.

In this series, as punishment for the alleged death of a giant’s son, Thor and the Warriors Three are forced to undergo an epic journey without the mighty Mjolnr.  Thor and his loyal companions are forced to complete a series of tasks, including Volstagg taking on an overgrown Asgardian eagle in a drinking contest, the four trying to seize the formidable spear of Cu Culhain and Thor going toe-to-toe with Hercules!  With adventures taking them across the Nine Realms, including several ancient lands of Midgard, this great tale also includes a special cameo from the Absorbing Man!
