Description:  Beautiful Antique Solid Silver Vesta case, quality genuine 125 years old example.

Assay Mark: Birmingham, Silversmith W.H.W

Date:  English antique  solid sterling silver with a full set of English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1897 (date letter "X"). Good clear struck silver marks.

Measurement: Measures approx. H= 48 mm x  W= 45 mm

Weight: 29.7 grams

Condition: Clean & Nice lovely condition.

Nice condition with no splits or  holes and no  nasty knocks or dents, a nice clean genuine antique example. There may be the odd age related wear/mark commensurate with age, anything of note is listed above.

The sprung silver lid hinge works perfectly and the lid opens and closes securely and the spring is still strong.
