Key winding / Key Setting - 27S

Dial - Elaborate enameling detail -yellow enamel  dial with white boarder -  Roman numerals and seconds highlighted in red along the perimeter.-Single sunk - gold hand - missing and seconds hand - dial has enamel loss  in 1 spot 

Movement -"Skeleton" very open  ornate engraving and cutwork - key winding and key setting -main spring may be broken (?)  not working - selling as is
