• eBay no longer requires sellers to accept returns in the Sports Cards category, therefore we will no longer be accepting Returns on Graded and/or Authenticated items without just cause.  We stand behind our cards and if you feel that a return is justified please contact us first and we will absolutely make it right.  Our "No Return" policy was implemented only for those who were abusing the system.  We typically will accept returns within a 3 day grace period of delivering, giving you ample time to look over and examine your items.
• On Graded Cards: The condition and grade of each card was subjectively assigned by a professional based on the standards of their company, which can be found on their respective website.  
• On Ungraded Cards: We use our best judgement on the condition of the card but that is no guarantee as to what a grading company may give it.  We feel our standards of grading are on par with the "Big Three" grading companies.  
• **We use high resolution scans to reduced and alleviate any ambiguity or concern.  
• **If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately.  We will try our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, up to and including accepting a return.
