Super Rare Hallicrafters Radio Industries Division. Model Handfone HT-1D. The serial number of this unit is 4487. This is a must have for any Vietnam war era collection.

Vietnam Hamlet Radio, these were given to the village elders to communicate with US forces. They were unmarked of any military markings or designation. This unit is a later one as the controls are written in Vietnamese. The earlier ones are in English. Hello, the rural Vietnamese didn't speak or read English.
