Gorgeous vintage 1940s dress, in the most delicious vibrant crimson red rayon crepe.

Iconic 40s silhouette and details, with thick, peaked padded shoulders, shirred and draped bust, flirty gored a-line skirt, and attached sash waist ties to nip in the waist. Side metal zip closure.

Shown unpinned on a 34" bust, 26" waist, 35" hip mannequin, and fits well due to waist ties, but will also suit larger.

Good vintage condition, clean, ready to wear. Some scattered pinholes, predominantly on skirt section, which are difficult to see when worn. Some underarm discolouration, and possibly some very faint fade on shoulders. Small mark on sleeve. Still presents beautifully, and is highly wearable.
