Up for sale is an 1864 Series Two Dollar Confederate Note graded 58 EPQ Choice About Uncirculated Exceptional Paper Quality by PMG. This note has no detectable folding and only signs of extremely light handling, but NO pinholes, splits, tears, or distracting marks. This note is bright, clean, and crackling crisp, has good corners and margins with a full border, great original paper quality and body, and has very good ink color and great eye appeal.
A clean, solid, high grade $2 Confederate note that is priced to sell and would make a great addition to any collection.
A terrific piece of Civil War history.
