I got a couple of these in a lot of HO trains and don't have a use for them.  Listed in this category just because it seems to be where people list them.  I am listing them as not working to try to ensure somebody doesn't get confused and think they're getting a powered locomotive.  I've seen some listings calling these dummies, but in my mind that implies there are version which are powered, and that's not the case with these -- these are simply decorative.
