Warranty:

All items sold in our eBay auctions have a 30 days warranty. Buyers have 30 days from receipt of items to contact the sellers by e-mail for the defective items. After receiving the RMA number, the buyers can either return items as shipped for exchange or refund of winning bid amount. Shipping charges are not refundable.

15% Restocking fee on non-defective returns.

Warranty does not cover incorrect installation of the CPU.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping within the US via USPS First Class Mail is FREE.  No international.

Payment

We accept Paypal. Illinois residents have to add 6.75% sales tax. We post positive eBay feedback for all winning bidders sending prompt payment, but expect to receive payment within five days of auction close. We will try to ship out the orders within 1 - 2 business days after all funds have been cleared.
