If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase for a credit, exchange, or refund.

However, the item must be in NEW condition, unused. Before receiving credit, returns will also be inspected by Kryptonite Kollectibles. Please return the item with the original packaging as well as the Return Packing Slip. Your return credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. All return packages must be trackable for the safety of both the customer and the business. Shipping costs are refundable only if the issue lies on the fault of Kryptonite Kollectibles; all other instances, the buyer pays for return shipping. We will not assume responsibility for lost shipments.

We'll handle your return within 6 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
