This is a 1/12 scale model of an American Revolutionary War Hero, possibly Nathan Hale. There is no stand or box, so I cannot identify the manufacturer, but is is similar to the "1959 Nabisco Cereal Premium American Hero Plastic Figure of Nathan Hale".  

However, that figure was rather formally dressed, while the figure for sale here is dressed as Nathan Hale is depicted in paintings of his execution by the British.  (If you know the details of the model, please let me know!)

The figure is unglued and unpainted.
