These are working lamps see pictures. They have some wear and are a little dusty but sold as is. I do not want to try to clean and hurt the integrity. Light bulbs included. One negative is the blue lighthouse cord. When i bought it it had black electrical tape wrapping it up. Taking it off left a black residue. I tried to wipe clean several times but its still sticky. I will ship with paper towel over it.
