The brooch is in very good to excellent condition. There is very little wear to the front or to the back. I don't think it was ever worn.
Although the brooch is in very good to excellent condition, please remember that it is vintage, not new. Vintage items have been worn and loved and there may be some rubbing, minute scratches, minor gold color loss, some color changes etc due to age and wear.
