This item is hand carved. This piece looks like other pieces that were made in Italy. I am not sure if it has been made in Italy. I noticed some glue on the back of this piece. There is minor wear on the front. Parts of the rope are frayed. Some scuffs on the black pieces on the front of this piece. This is still very beautiful. It has two hooks to Hold keys.
