Kindig of Naperville, Illinois and Dunshee & Weld of Aurora, Illinois.  The Soldier is not ID'D but the album has a name on the inside of the front cover - Myrtle Armstrong of Riceville, Iowa.  The album is in nice condition there is only one page with the lower part of the page torn.  There is one empty page.
