Ronnie's Harley-Davidson® is proud to be one of the oldest operating Harley-Davidson® dealerships in the world with the original Dealer Principal still involved in the business.

Back in 1956, at the ripe age of 21, Ronnie Ouimet converted an old chicken coop on his grandmother's farm in Adams, Massachusetts, into a Harley-Davidson® dealership with three brand new Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and a service operation. Looking forward to today, more than 60 years later, Ronnie’s has become one of the most trusted names in powersports, with locations in Pittsfield, MA; Adams, MA; Guilderland, NY; and Bennington, VT; as well as our 40,000 square foot warehouse providing the best in parts and accessories nationwide.

We only ship within the continental United States.

FEEDBACK POLICY

Buyer must agree to contact us before leaving any negative feedback or filing a dispute so that we may try to resolve the issue privately. Negative feedback affects both Buyer and Seller whether the issue is a misunderstanding or an actual problem.

RETURN POLICY

Although returns are generally not accepted, we do make exceptions. Buyer must contact us before returning any items, so that we are aware of the issue; why the item is being returned. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the item is being returned due to seller error, the buyer will receive a full refund, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is being returned due to buyer error (doesn't fit, purchased by mistake, don't like it, etc), the buyer will be refunded the items price only, LESS A 15% RESTOCK FEE. Buyer pays for return shipping.
