For sale is a porcelain plate made by Royal Vienna in 1808 . It is hand painted with great attention to detail with flowers and flower garlands as well as a superb gold trim with dark blue and a shell design. It is a soup plate and it is in great condition. Tiniest of gold wear to the outermost rim. The plate is almost 10 inches in diameter and 1.75 inches tall. It is marked with the under glaze blue shield mark as well as a scratched in 808 which might have been added later when they realized they forgot the impressed mark. The flowers and the shell design rim seem to be a design from an earlier period to me. 19th century Austrian
