What a beautiful dress! This vintage 70s handmade dress has a lace bodice, sleeves, and large peplum. The skirt has several tiers of chiffon ruffles that match the ruffles on the shoulders. The bodice and skirt are fully lined. It fastens with a vintage Ideal zipper in back. There is no label -- it appears to be handmade. 

This beautiful dress looks great overall. It needs a bit of cleaning around the base of the dress, but just in a few, small spots. The fabric looks easily cleanable (it's synthetic).
