This upcycled furniture piece was painted using Annie Sloane chalk paint and texture medium to give it an authentic aged and crusty look. The paint built up in layers of different tones and colours to add depth, sanded in places to reveal layers beneath and to add wear and tear.

The piece has three draws, each painted inside.

There are a few dings and signs of its age, but its a vintage piece of wooden furniture, so this is part of its charm and character.
