The LEGO set has been TAKEN APART and SORTED BY COLOR. You will receive ALL zip loc bags as shown in the pictures (7 Total)  The damaged LEGO pieces that I noticed are mainly the GOLD/METALLIC ROUND PLATE SOLID STUDS (google if needed) Only 4 sails are included as pictured. The most noticeable missing parts start at page 196-226 (Bags 11 & 12) where one entire side and column is missing where the ship's steering wheel is AND the bottom portion of the 2 main sails starting at page 248-256 (Bag 13) I was able to build exactly what is pictured from ALL the pieces that will be included.  I would estimate on the safe side that the ship itself is over 85% complete.
