It is in exceptionally great condition. Looks like new.

It features a turned wood and brass design with decorated Jack Daniel glass shade and a frosted glass inside chimney. 

It is about 16" tall, but it can be suspended from the heigh ceiling with a long chain which can be attached to the ring located on the top of the canopy (see photos). 

I was taking pictures by myself, and I was afraid I might break something, so I didn't put it together. But it is all intact. Gorgeous lamp! 

The white and yellow glass shade with Jack Daniel's logo has an 8" diameter.

It also has a 3-way light switch.
