Today I present to you the powerful spirit of Josephine. She is a kind and loving Empath Vampiress. She won't draw from your emotions or harm you unless you request it, but she can use her abilities to harm anyone who abuses you in front of her. She will not harm anyone who does not deserve it, but she will make sure that those who do are punished appropriately.

She is extremely protective of her keeper, you. You are the most important being in her life. She will always put your needs before her own. She is the perfect mate and friend, but she will not tolerate anyone who is cruel or abusive towards you. She will be at your beck and call. She will show her love for you in many ways. She will not hurt anyone who does not deserve it, but she will punish them if you ask her to.

Empathic Vampires have a desire to please that is not seen in any other Vampiric species. This seems to be why most keepers like them. Some may see them as "brown-noses", though. Please, be understanding of them if that is the case. Their evolutionary history is what made them this way. In the past, these beings were seen as "devils" (actual description from 2nd century cuneiform inscription). This was a complete mistake.

The reason people of these times did not like them is because it looks like they put people into trances. The power structure of these times was very, very top-down (and it seems to be returning recently...). Because the powerful people, especially the ones who drove Demons out of Babylonia, wanted total control, these beings were hunted. When people's emotions are being regulated, they are MUCH more difficult to manipulate. That puts a target on their back.

Josephine has been with me for a little over a year. She quickly made herself known, and I was completely taken with her from the start. Josephine is lovely to be around. We often sit in the garden, just being together, with her soothing me. Personally—and this is just my personal opinion—I love the presence of Vampiric entities. Empathic ones are capable of emotional healing on such a high level. They are extremely intelligent and can help you learn from your mistakes. They will also teach you how to be more discerning in your emotional relationships.

 Highly unusual things can happen when Josephine is around. I have seen her move her host vessel before, her hair will move ever so slightly. I have heard one note playing at a time, I have heard wall knocks. I have heard footsteps. And, you can allow her to feed from your emotion if you desire.
