I inspect all underwear twice for defects. Which means I OPEN ALL UNDERWEAR BAGS. 3. All Underwear are Brand New (These underwear not seconds or store defects). Underwear will either have a store price tag (price may be removed from tag) OR be in a clear shipping bag (no price tag) - unless otherwise noted. Sometimes the clear shipping bags can be in rough shape or too large for underwear. If this is a concern for you - please email me before purchase and I can clarify for you. 4. You will NOT be receiving the exact pair in the pictures because I have several pairs of each. So location of designs can vary. I use the same picture for all sizes. 5. My home is smoke free. I keep a very clean home. I store all ebay items in totes until sold. I can't guarantee you won't ever get a stray pet hair (I have a Yorkie) or a little lint but I try really hard to keep my items extremely clean. 6. I ship Monday thru Friday ONLY. I ship within 2 days of purchase (not same day). 7. I ship the cheapest way possible via USPS which is usually first class. 8. I offer combined shipping discounts on all items that are paid for altogether in one invoice. Combined shipping discount is automatically given when paid altogether in one invoice.
