Vintage MIGHTY MOUSE COMICS, issue #23 dated February of 1951. Edges of covers have some discoloration as do the insides of the covers. Back cover has tears by the staples. Interior of magazine has some mostly-light wear. Overall I’d describe it as being in Good/2.0 condition.
