  • Will it fit my guitar?

  • Pickguards are designed and manufactured to fit the specific guitar models referred to in each listing, but we cannot guarantee the pickguard will fit your guitar.   • Can I return a pickguard if it does not fit my guitar?
  • Please see our returns policy below. If you wish to return a pickguard because it does not fit your guitar, it will be treated as a non-faulty return.
  • Will a return be accepted if I have fitted pickups or controls to the pickguard, or if I have screwed the pickguard to my guitar body?
  • Returns are accepted only if the pickguard is in the condition as supplied. Fitting pickups or other controls to the pickguard will create marks on the surface of the pickguard, as may screwing the pickguard to your guitar's body. Returns will not be accepted if the pickguard has been marked by the fitting of pickups or controls, or by screwing the pickguard to a guitar body.
  • Do you make custom pickguards?
  • We don't make custom pickguards in aluminium but we do make custom pickguards in various other 1, 3 and 4 ply colours - please use the 'contact seller' link to ask about custom pickguards.
  • I have a production model guitar but you do not list replacement pickguards for my guitar. Can you supply a replacement pickguard?
  • Yes - if you can scan or send your original pickguard, we can use that as a template to make a replacement. Please use the 'contact seller' link to ask about your guitar.

Returns:

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods: 

In the unlikely event that an item you receive is incorrectly supplied, or if it is received in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us through eBay communications WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of the item to arrange a solution, and please include/attach photos with your message. Goods must then be returned along with the original packaging to arrive with us WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. We will inspect the goods and if the goods are confirmed to be faulty we will provide either a replacement (if requested and in stock) by return post or a full refund.

Non-Faulty Goods: 

If you wish to return goods correctly supplied, you will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items and the goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied. To be entitled to a refund you must use eBay communications to inform us that you wish to return the item WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned to the address supplied by us WITHIN 14 DAYS. Items must be returned in the original packing and in the same condition as supplied and with return costs fully paid. Your refund will be paid within 3 working days of receipt of items in the same condition as originally supplied, and will include the original purchase price of returned items, along with the lowest priced delivery option as set out in the original listing.

Returns will not be accepted if items have been modified or damaged in any way, including removal of any protective material attached to items at the time of supply. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our privacy policy sets out what personal buyer information we receive from eBay and Paypal, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties. We abide by and are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 (herein referred to as “The DPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (herein referred to as “the GDPR”). We are committed to keeping buyers’ personal information secure and confidential.

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data
For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the Data Processor when selling on eBay and we process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Under Article 6 of the GDPR, the lawful basis on which we process personal data received from eBay is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order to fulfill buyer orders and enquiries. We retain information provided by eBay and Paypal, such as transaction information for internal financial accounting purposes. Data We Receive: Personally Identifiable Information
We receive personally identifiable information from eBay and Paypal only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data we receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address (in encrypted format), telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery. We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.

How we use buyers’ personal information

We may use any personal buyer information provided eBay and Paypal to:

·       process and dispatch buyers’ order/s

·       carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations

·       prevent and detect crime

·       develop and improve our products

·       undertake anonymised statistical analysis (we won’t be able to identify individuals from this data)

We treat all information we hold about buyers as private and confidential. We will not reveal any personal details or details concerning buyers’ orders to anyone not connected with us, unless:

·       a buyer asks us to reveal their information, or we have a buyer’s permission to do so

·       we are required or permitted to do so by law

·       it is required by law enforcement, fraud prevention or credit reference agencies

We may share buyer personal information with our suppliers, service providers and other contractors only insofar as is required to fulfil orders buyers place with us on eBay.

Data Subject Access Requests
Under the GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us (the Data Processor for the purposes of the GDPR when selling on eBay a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. We are obliged to provide this data to within one calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
