This is a beautiful piece of lace taken from the bottom of a short  Ann Balon vintage used Jacket.

The lace is 90cm long by 22cms wide. It  has tiny pearls with a sparking stud in the centers. 

It is in good vintage condition but expect some wear as its not new. I have saved this for over 20 years thinking that I could use it, but I am too old and hoping someone will use it as its so beautiful. I am not sure if its viscose or part cotton and rayon. It has a slight shine to it.

The colour to me is cream.
