Important Information Regarding Your Delivery:

Dear Customer

The ‘delivery date’ by ebay is only ‘estimated’.

Once Shoe Repair Supplies Direct despatch you order it is in the hands of Royal Mail.  How quickly they deliver your parcel is something we have NO control over nor do we have control over the ‘Tracking Systems’ of ebay or Royal Mail and the updates during transit.

We would ask:

1. Before you open an ‘Item Not Received Case’ that you allow ‘5 Working Days’ from the date your order was ‘DESPATCHED’ not placed; and
2. That you refrain from leaving ‘Feedback’ until the issue is resolved.   This way you can base your ‘Feedback Rating’ on how our Customer Service Team has dealt with your case and not on your ‘Royal Mail Delivery experience’.
