The popular and stylish Gylle LED modules are also available with a dark tinted lens. The lights are otherwise identical to the truck LED lights from the Swedish manufacturer Gylle Mec that are already available on the market and can easily be inserted into the appropriate rubber holders.Thanks to the black-tinted plastic, these LED modules are an absolute eye-catcher and are very popular in the truck tuning scene.
The technology and the structure
The Gylle LED modules are made of a particularly high-quality and impact-resistant plastic, in which a circuit board with the corresponding LED modules is embedded. The orange lights have 5 SMD LED points on the board, while the red and white lights have 6.
For information: The light color white in these lights is warm white.
The circuit board itself is completely fused to the lens and has a waterproof seal on the back. The five meter long cable is also waterproof. The lamp therefore stands for the highest quality and longevity.
Assembly and connection of the LED module
The finished LED is simply installed into the rubber ring of the holder and holds absolutely firmly and permanently. To do this, the rubber must be stretched slightly and the lamp with its flat glass edge inserted into the groove of the holder.
The light is then connected to the vehicle electrical system or other LED truck lamps.
Danger:
To prevent moisture from penetrating the cable and light housing, the cable must not be shorter than 5 m. We also strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. This ensures a safe installation that will not cause any problems later. You can also have the control unit programmed for the new lights.
