When your package arrives, please remember to take pictures as you are opening the package, even if there is no visible damage.  Be sure to keep all of the original packing until you know you no longer need it for a damage claim.

Local pickup available by appointment within 3 business days after payment confirmation, email me before you purchase so you are not charged for shipping fees.

Now for my return policy. If an item is damaged in shipment, it is not a return. It is a claim to the USPS or delivery service. Please contact me within 10 business days after receipt before returning any item, we may be able to resolve the problem without a return.  If we can’t, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.  The item must be returned in its original condition, no damage, breakage, stains or scratches.  Returns accepted ONLY for a viable reason, (no buyer’s remorse). No refunds will be issued prior to my receipt of the item.
