This variety of ghost pepper, with its intense spiciness and a hint of sweet fruity flavour, is a testament to the unique growing process. Grown indoors in an isolated hydroponic environment, nurtured with natural, 100% compost fertilizer and free from any pesticides, ensures a 100% organic product. Each pepper is meticulously handpicked at its prime ripeness and then slow-dried in a controlled indoor environment at 40 Celsius/105 Fahrenheit. This process not only simulates a natural sun-dried pepper but also limits flavour loss due to heat, resulting in a truly exceptional product.

Pepper seed germination rates are naturally low, though, and not guaranteed.
